Modern additive manufacturing solved the equation. We deployed in-house 3D printing, using rapid FDM printing to iterate dozens of internal chamber designs and refine the driver tilt. For the exterior shell, we turned to high-precision resin print components. The result is a smooth, satin-finished housing that completely dampens cabinet vibration while mirroring the soft sweep of a petal.
