In addition to design showcasing, we offer high-quality 3D models and finished physical products for purchase directly through the Website.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on this Website, including but not limited to original design concepts, sketches, drafts, 3D modeling files, rendering images, workflows, text, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive intellectual property of HONG KONG MEMORIES SPACE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

3. ORDERS AND PURCHASES
By placing an order for 3D models or finished physical products on memorieslab, you agree that:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product descriptions or pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. CUSTOM MADE-TO-ORDER & REFUND POLICY
Because many of our 3D models and finished products are made-to-order, custom-printed, or tailor-made according to specific design concepts:
Customization Policy: Once production or digital delivery has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled or altered.
Refund Exceptions: We do not accept returns or refunds for "change of mind" on custom physical products or digital design file downloads.
Damaged/Defective Items: If a finished physical product arrives damaged or defective due to transit, please contact us at our official support email within 7 days of receipt with photo proof. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a complimentary reprint or replacement.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For physical products, shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and the complexity of the 3D production. We utilize trusted international logistics networks to fulfill orders. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong SAR). Any disputes arising out of or connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
